PitchTALKS Series 3 Launches!

The PitchTALKS podcast is back for another series this week, with Anne-Marie Batson the first special guest of the third series!

Not only is she a regular voice as a broadcaster, host and podcast guest covering women’s sport, but Batson has also recently set up her own media company AmberGlass Presents Limited, a major step to making it independently in the industry.


With AmberGlass Presents, she is trying to forge her own path in the industry by creating her own content and building her own media empire.


In 2019, Batson was honoured by the Football Black List, which celebrates influential black individuals in the sport, as one of only five people selected in the media category.


The new podcast episode will talk about vital topics such as inequalities in society and anti-racism, topics that are personal issues to her as well as the entire industry.


As well as all that, Anne-Marie Batson will be handing out great career advice to making it as a sports broadcaster, including the crucial aspect of work experience and how important mannerisms are in the industry.
